1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you understand and accept this Agreement in its entirety.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

• Compliance: You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purposes or in ways that violate applicable laws.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Prohibited Use: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any portion of the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and intellectual property in the App is owned by CandyTech Limited or its licensors and protected by law.

5. Third-Party Services and SDKs

The App integrates services from Google AdMob, AppsFlyer, and Firebase. These may collect non-personal data such as device info, IP address, usage stats, and ad identifiers.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of this Agreement.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CandyTech Limited is registered.
